Damaged Gutter Downspout
This damaged gutter downspout looks like it has been hit by few
cars or even a moving truck. There won't be a lot of water flowing
properly from this downspout and tell it is prepared.
This damage is very easy to spot by a novice home inspector. You can
also see the stucco is damaged behind the gutter downspout.
This gutter is not draining into a good spot either. The water will be
draining next to the building foundation which could eventually cause
problems. Area drains should have been installed for this gutter drain
to remove the water off of the property safely.
