Floor Rim Termite Damage
This termite damage done to the wood framing
floor rim was probably done by a leaking kitchen sink. This section of
the floor was in the kitchen right below the kitchen sink.
In this situation the whole house is going to be remodeled and all the
termite damaged wood will be replaced.

was not going through a whole house remodel it could be quite difficult
and might require a building professional to replace it correctly.
This house did not have a stucco weep screed and this could have created
the termite damage from moisture in the ground wicking up in to the
stucco and remaining for long periods of time which would attract
termites and of course wood damage to the house.
It is not uncommon for stucco homes without a weep screed to suffer from
termite damage like this.
