Poorly Maintained Easement
Who is in charge of taking care of this property?
This is the big question in this neighborhood and often seems irritate a
lot of the homeowners.
One of the biggest problems with an easement that is not maintained is a
fire starting and causing damage to some of the homes in the
neighborhood.
Another problem would be rodents or other house pests that will make
their homes in this undisturbed area while searching local homes for
food.
